After studying in Adelaide for the better part of a decade, Nick Gibbs (22, Clare SA) has had a sea change in recent months to start work as a cadet journalist in a regional newspaper. He’s swapped city streets for the vines and grain farms of the Clare Valley, but on the plus he’s slowly learning the difference between a shiraz and a merlot.
