Our 2016 Program

Express Media is excited to launch our 2016 program. This year, we're traversing new terrain, online and offline, to showcase the freshest writing from across Australia and deliver opportunities direct to young writers.We're going cross-country with Tracks – a new pop-up series of workshops, masterclasses and special events, presented in partnership with Australia's most exciting literary organisations.And no matter your geographic locale, you can tap into whole suite of programs, resources and publications online. You might find yourself working one-on-one with your very own mentor as part of Toolkits, or learning the tricks and tips of successful writing and editing via our new blog, Typeface.Next week, here in Melbourne, we'll be highlighting Fresh Blak Writers and how to get yourself Off to a Red Hot Start, as part of the inaugural Blak & BrightIndigenous Literary festival.Coming up in March, Voiceworks launches will be cropping up Australia-wide, starting with the launch of issue #103 Bang!
