Tracy O’Shaughnessy has been involved in the book publishing industry for over 20 years. She currently holds the position of Program Manager for the RMIT Graduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing and continues to work as a publishing consultant. During her publishing career, Tracy has held senior publishing roles in a range of different publishing houses, from highly commercial to academic. Most recently she has worked as a general trade publisher at Allen & Unwin, and her other notable appointments include, publisher of Melbourne University Publishing’s prestigious Miegunyah Press and she was a founding member and commissioning editor at Hardie Grant Books. She completed her Master of Communication on the impact of ebooks on trade publishing in Australia.
